Where We’re Going
The mission of Universal Readiness is only beginning. Through education, support, and community, we hope to create environments where people with diverse needs can thrive.
-
Providing parent support, educator training, and professional development rooted in research, connection, and practical strategies that promote regulation, communication, learning, and belonging.
-
Creating videos, printables, courses, and accessible supports designed with low cognitive load and real-life application in mind, helping families and educators feel confident and supported.
-
Partnering with schools, emergency responders, and communities to foster understanding, inclusion, and belonging while sharing a message of hope rooted in the belief that every person is wonderfully made, deeply valued, and worthy of belonging.
"The Sovereign Lord has given me his words of wisdom, so that I know how to comfort the weary. Morning by morning he wakens me and opens my understanding to his will."
— Isaiah 50:4 (NLT)

One day, Universal Readiness hopes to create a community where individuals with autism and developmental disabilities continue to learn, grow, and belong throughout adulthood.
Our vision includes:
An innovative adult day program focused on lifelong learning and meaningful community engagement.
Employment readiness and opportunities that promote independence, purpose, and confidence.
Faith-based residential homes that provide safe, supportive, and enriching living environments.
Our mission is to bridge the gap that so many families face after age 22.
We believe adulthood should not mark the end of growth or opportunity. Instead, it should be the beginning of a life filled with purpose, connection, dignity, and belonging.
Our goal is simple: to improve quality of life by creating environments where every individual is supported to reach their fullest potential—and where families can look to the future with hope and peace of mind.
